Upgrading from i5-650

Hey everyone, I need some advice on which AMD CPU+Mobo to upgrade too. I will be pairing it with a 650TX/X-650 and GTX760 2GB. It will be a gaming rig with a little bit of video editing.

Games:
DayZ (Main game and Live streaming)
Nether
Rust
TF2
CS:S
BF4
Sims 3/4

Budget: $250

Thanks!

With that budget I would buy a used i5 and mobo. Especially if you are overclocking it. If not you might be able to swing new. This is assuming you want to stay with intel.

I was looking to get either the Six or Eight core CPU from AMD, since I wanna do live stream and from what I heard, DayZ is pretty CPU intensive also, but I may be wrong.

Id recommend a 8320 and a ud3 rev 2. Since youre in the amd forum. But maybe a used 2600k would do you nicely.

Which games? maybe a 2500k by a touch, but It's not going to pass a 2600k.

Op, maybe try and find a used i5 750k? It's going to be comparable to anything AMD has in games, just overclock it.
