Problem With WiFi Adapter

Alright, so I just built a new PC for a friend of mine, but we're having a slight problem, the WiFi connection is extremely slow. I have my laptop sitting right beside his PC, and I'm getting 10MBPS while he's only getting 0.80.

Asus PCE N53 is the name of the card, and I've read a few places that quite a few people have ahd this problem but not been able to find a solution yet.

ASRock Extreme 3
Seagate Barracuda 1TB

Any ideas? I have no idea why it's getting such a bad signal. Thanks.

is it actually getting poor signal or just low speeds?

It's getting horribly low speeds, and is getting a constant 3/4 bar connection.

Fixed it! All it needed was the settings changed back to default, and to be re updated. Thanks for your input smile.gif
