EVGA GTX 780 SC Power Limit?

So my GTX 780 over clocks quite well, but appears to be limited by power constraints. Clocks dip when the power consumption hits 107%, regardless of what temperature the card is currently experiencing.

If I modify the BIOS to increase the power limit, how far could I go before I damage the card? It's an EVGA GTX 780 Superclocked, so I'm not sure if that has beefier power circuitry or not.

It is a reference card, so it does not have a beefier power supply. I'd say you'd be fine with 125%, but you'll probably hit voltage limits before you do power again,
