Excellent! Finally some real world specs. I NEVER play with any AA turned on in my 1440p monitor. This is great news and it will save me $900 bucks from buying a third 780ti and waterblock.

Clould you bench Crysis 3 sense thats the game that killed all benchmarks at 4k with AA on.

I just picked one up from Microcenter for $599. The monitor looks great, I don't see any color issues. The problem is, my R9 290 just doesn't cut it. The other issue is scaling in Windows. It's just absolutely horrible. Back to the store it goes..

I am so sick of waiting for the Asus PB287q model of this monitor... I am so tempted at buying the Sammy but the VESA mount is a big deal to me. Anyone know if there is any way to wall mount this monitor?

It's pretty damn light, you could probably find some really sticky double face tape and use that to put the mount on. If you don't care about warranty, epoxy would work.

I just tried game mode vs regular and I really can not tell the difference. I haven't touched the color settings. I think my R9 290 is going to work out since I dropped the settings from Ultra. I can't even tell the difference.

Did you try running at a 1440 resolution? I have heard that others have done it and it looked incredible. Might be a way around it until you getting a heftier GPU setup or at least a second 290.

I have a 27" 1440p monitor already. $600 to run 1440p still would be pointless. For the lulz I switched to 2560x1440 (on the desktop, not a game) and it looks like complete bollocks. Anyway, I lowered my settings in BF4 a little and it's fine now. My bigger issue is how horrible scaling is in Windows.

I've heard this monitor uses PWM. Can anyone confirm? If so, thats an absolute dealbreaker for me.
