Samsung 4K 1ms monitor $754 it has begun - Page 115

Kinda want to jump on one of these ASAP, but not sure if I want to swap my cards first in favor of something else.

I didn't read through all 116 pages, but has someone been able to successfully mount one of these bad boys on the wall?

Guys, are these monitors are using same panels: http://www.computeruniverse.net/en/products/90546503/samsung-monitor-u28d590p.asp

Asus is more expensive, so that is reason why i am asking.

yes, the panel is the same.

Asus has a better stand. much more adjustable.

My 290x should be here today, hoping she can push all these pixels.

I tried a Single 290x. FPS was to low running BF4 maxed(Ultra) with no AA. Set BF4 to high settings no AA and your good to go. A 295X2 or crossfire 290x will run almost every game maxed out.
Yeah bf4 runs pretty well for me, other games the 290x just doesn't feel as strong as it should. Can't even max wow at 4k, fps are all other the place, while my 670's hold 60 all day long. Any tweaks, changes, or bios for these things to make them run better? Not really impressed so far.

Is there a method to getting the most out of these amd cards or is the performance generally "it is what it is" out of the box. Maybe I'm expecting too much from it? I thought since 670 sli > Titan and 290x > Titan , I would atleast be in the same ballpark here.
