I don't think any import duties are required because of trade agreements with South Korea. If they do not request any payment when they deliver, pretty sure you are good to go. At least that's how it's been in the past when I ordered international using FedEx or UPS, I would have to write a check when they deliver to pay the customs duties.

No US plug included, the one you need for the power plug has two circles, not the flat edge that I posted in a pic earlier. I hooked up the DisplayPort, then hooked up the power, booted my PC and the screen was blinking like mad. I rebooted PC and it works perfectly, booted up natively into 4k 60hz on my R9 290x!

I have to get used to this....its tiny compared to the Seiki 39" but I can't see pixels....however, I now need a microscope to read the screen lol

THE OSD WAS NOT IN INGRISSSH.....but I was able to figure it out and find INGRISH ON!

How difficult was it to switch to English? Mine should arrive early next week.

THIS DISPLAY IS A PICKY WENCH! IT DOES NOT LIKE ANY OF MY 6'-10' Display Port Cables!!! I had to use the included 3' DP cable which is very annoying mad.gif

Testing gaming now.

(1)BF4 crushes my lowly 290x, and fraps is not working with BF4 @ 4k so its difficult to fine tune settings.

(2) HaloCE is huffing at 45fps average which is strange, very strange, haloce should be about to do a million FPS.....I dunno if this is an AMD issue.

(3) Max Payne 3 is EXCELLENT on this monitor. Motion is smooth as a babys ass, blur reduction is the best I have ever seen on a 60hz panel and there is Zero ghosting.

For a TN panel, the U28D590 colors and panel uniformity are the best that I have ever seen. BUT, that is not exactly saying a whole lot, because I am spoiled by VA, IPS & CRT displays and find the color POP to be lacking, which really is no surprise.

The 4k resolution is nice, very nice. But 28"s is too small for me....I just came from a Seiki 39" which was a bit too large, so 32"-36" would probably be the sweet spot for me.

I will try my Titan GTX rig a little bit later.....I think that will be the better option for gaming because of adaptive vsync. I have capped FPS in afterburner on my 290x but that can't compare to adaptive vsync in my honest opinion.

Were there any drivers available for the monitor? Or just plug & play?
