So this is a fan for a watercooling AIO. So just as as starting point, it's a fan for radiators and not a case fan. If you give us more information as to why you want to use it or are looking for the specs we might be able to help you out more.

i want to know its hyrdodynamic and acoustic characteristics. i have the fan on my LQ-310 AIO cooler; just want to see if i can find something with similar (or better) performance but less noise. this is the only data Zalman gives:

Speed 900 - 2,000rpm ± 10%
Bearing Long life bearing
PWM Duty Cycle 30 - 100 ± 5%

Well there are pretty good fans that I can suggest depending on your price range. Yate loons are pretty good fans that run rather quietly for about 6$ with decent static pressure or you could go to the other spectrum which are gentle typhoons at 20$ that are very quiet and have very good static pressure.
