Ok I just have a question in regards to the memory on this board before I buy it. DDR3 at 2400 speed is OC speed right? so if I have 16gb x 4gb do I have to OC the CPU to run the memory at 2400mhz? or will it just boot up to the boards native speed if I do not OC the CPU vise versa??

With that motherboard you can overclock the CPU and memory separately, independent of each other.

Do you mean four sticks, 16GB each or four sticks 4GB each?
