Help me build my dream case...there's riches for those that do! :-)

IF you help and I think you've done what I need I will pay you an UNDISCLOSED AMOUNT OF MONEY VIA PAYPAL depending on the quality/expertise of work (PM for more info!). I know this sounds weird but I just don't have the time (or really want) to learn mad CAD skills just to build a case.

So, after so much searching and so little success in finding a case that fits my needs I've decided to just see about building my own case.

So here's my plan...and this is what I need your help with.

I want to make a water cooled Micro-ATX case with support for dual 280mm radiators, plenty of hard drive space, 5.25" space, and some more little stuff (see below)...oh, plus I want it TINY. As small as possible without being a complete PITA.

I plan on building the case initially using 1/8" tempered hardboard (what clipboards are made of) and then possibly making an aluminum version down the road (same thickness so design with 1/8" panel thickness in mind). I want the case to just be a cube...don't need anything fancy here or nothing like that. No crazy designs! The simpler the better. I think hardboard has the thinness and strength to create what I want.

So where YOU come in to play is basically getting my ideas and putting them together in a coherent model so I can make it. Basically...measurements...blueprints. How long and wide do the panels have to be. Where do I need to make screw holes for all the components. How should I cut the hardboard to make a dual 5.25" bay. That sort of stuff.

Take my idea and make it something I can print out and build or take to a CNC machinist so they can straight cut out the aluminum pieces and it can be slapped together. Take my faint idea and make it a working product.

Like I said though...this is just the rough idea...HAVE FUN WITH IT! Add your own ideas or improvements all around...just make sure to at least adhere to my list below (which will be edited though nothing crazy or super altering...90% is there!)

Now, what I have so far is really my wants and needs and a rough SketchUp design (using purely components) showing the overall design of what I would realistically want.

So here is what I want so far:

Micro-ATX motherboard support

Up to a 280mm radiator on the top and front of the case (want holes/mounts for both 240mm and 280mm radiators)

Support for two 5.25" drive bays

Support for multiple 2.5" and 3.5" hard drives

Rear 120mm fan

Side 140mm or 180mm fan (haven't decided yet)

Possible PCI brackets vertically next to the PCI slots (like what's on the Arc Mini r2)

Plenty of workable space (this will be water cooled remember) while be as SMALL and COMPACT as possible!

So this isn't absolute FINAL material but here are picture over all of what I want:

IF YOU ARE WILLING TO HELP LET ME KNOW!!!

THANKS!

This will be interesting to see progress! SUBBED!

Edit: talk to the guys that made Compact Splash, they designed, made and sold a bunch of these totally custom cases that were pretty awesome! i know its not you requirements but check them out and see if they could help you.

I mean you pretty much have the case built already with what you have in sketch up

How so? Still much work to be done!

You have it all in cube form put a box around it and get the measurements. If you email me what you got I can see if I can do something with it I'm not the best with the program but I like a challenge
