New motherboard choice

Thread Starter
It's time for me to get a new motherboard and I was thinking of getting a Asus Z87-Plus and pairing it with a 4670K. I've read plenty of reviews, including the one on this site, which say it is a very good board, but I was wondering if anyone has any practical experience with it and has come across any unforeseen problems or faults.

Thanks smile.gif

On a side note, does anyone think it's worth paying an extra £30 and going for a Asus Z87-Pro, because as far as I can see it's the same board with slightly better sound and more PCIx1 slots.

I have no care for all the bells and whistles on a board that carries a hefty price tag with slots etc i will not use - so work out if you need 6 gpu's next year on a single MB and go from there biggrin.gif
