Sleeving question

I'm about to start a sleeving project. Can't seem to find the answer to my question, some sites say yes, some say no. so hope some of the more experienced ppl here can give me a definite answer. i know some sleeves stretch more than others.

can i put 2 PSU wires into a single 1/8th" sleeve. if so, can i use 1/8th" heat-shrink? I'm planning on buying mod/smart kobra high density cable sleeving.

im hopping to sleeve most wires as a single, but sometimes i might have to tap some wires together (like sata power as i am using all end connectors)

Generally I wouldn't put 2 PSU wires in one sleeve. It will be bulky and you'll see the wires through the weave. You can do it on small wires like for fans.

yes you can, but it might not look very good.
