Help me to decide

1.
I am looking to upgrade my motherboard, cpu, and ram. I've been looking at the FX 8320 for a while. But I saw for a little more I can get the i5-4430 (with $15 off promo code on newegg). I know the i5-4430 is locked, so would it be better to get the 8320 and overclock it?

2. (I'm looking for micro ATX AM3+)
Why are micro ATX am3+ motherboards so limited. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130722
This is the one I found with most of the features I'm looking for. I think I've none with pcie 3.0. Most don't have sata III, and some only support 8gb max ram. So what is the best AM3+ micro ATX motherboard. (On the other hand I find it strange that the FM2+ has better motherboards, but the FX series cpus are better right?)

You certainly dont want that mobo for overclocking a FX-8320.

Cant your NZXT Lexa case handle a full size ATX mobo ?

Matx Am3plus mobo arent good.why change the case to a smaller?

The only suitable build should be an a10-7850k and an a88 mobo or an i5 with a h81/b85 mobo

The matx am3+ boards have inadequate power sections for those high tdp chips.
For AMD you're pretty much stuck with A88X boards paired with an Athlon 760k if you need matx and want to over clock much.

Its vrm are few and this implies that a fx 83xx would be limited in the overclock.
