Will a 760 board support a vishera FX CPU?

If I were for an AMD micro ATX board I would rather pick this one or this one, but note that none of them would allow you to do even some mild OC.

I'd rather go with an Intel build, will be more expensive, but you will be wasting the money with a Micro ATX board for an FX.

At 4.4ghz should be tied with the i5,but your.mobo should need 4+1 phases for 4.3/4.4ghz

And the apu only would be bettwr with HSA

If he plays games, I see the 7850k as a strong option, It works really well when its crossfired with a cheap discrete GPU , it doesn't oc as good as Richland, but he can easily get to 4.4.Ghz

I mean cpu performqnce wise
http://developer.amd.com/resources/heterogeneous-computing/what-is-heterogeneous-system-architecture-hsa/

And a 760gtx should be bittleneck witha stock 7850k you would need 4.6ghz more or less for being bottleneck-free(deppends on resolution)

what about 760 with a 8320 at stock. 8320 is better than a 7850 right?

It should be in gaming and cpu raw performance but with HSA the 7850k should be better than the fx

Forget about getting a 8320 in a micro ATX board, that isn't just viable, the best option would be to go with a FM2 board and an athlon and OC it.

I've heard that 760 Chipset boards dont get along well with SSDs, and have many issues with newer stuff, they are a bit outdated, and there aren't any 970/990 chipset Micro ATX boards out there

Or go the blue way...
