Motherboard and HDD conflict

I recently installed a new mobo gryphon z87 with a new HDD and installed a fresh win7. My previous mobo was p8z68-v with old HDD. I want to transfer my old file from old HDD to the new one. So I have to insert back my old HDD with previous win7 and drivers for my old mobo. Will the drivers from my old mobo in the old HDD conflict with the new mobo? Because the chipset driver was totally difference.

Yes they will. Your best bet is to do a fresh install of Win 7 on the new drive. Then transfer over saved files from the old HDD.
