The power supplies, loud? I mean, XFX Core Edition 650-850 was quieter than Corsair TX V2 with both using pretty much the same Seasonic internals. In general they're fairly comparable in noise to what Seasonic's offering under their own brand except sometimes a bit worse on the high end (not often going with the Sanyo Denki).

For what it's worth, Corsair CX (non-750W, non-400W) is kind of known for coil whine on +5VSB, so even when powered off...

You won't get it on every sample, but if that was your intention, that's maybe not the best thing you could have tried in multiple ways.

All XFX is made by Seasonic and they aren't loud from my experience.
