This isn't true, I asked Galaxy via the forums. They are coming to the States, they just don't have a definite release date yet, but the release will happen.

Now, where do I get a pair of these HOF V20's?

Galaxy Webstore will have them when they are available, the 780 HOF is listed, but there is a waiting list currently.

They haven't pulled out of the US market at this point. It may end up happening sometime in the future, but for now their US tech and warranty support remains active and well. Hopefully they'll get the issues worked out with distribution so we can get new Galaxy cards again.

They aren't pulling out on sales either, they are just changing their sales channels. You can still order from their web store though.
