Yes I agree with you after I checked it the first time I rechecked it and it seemed to be sucking in.. so I believe it is doing as you said it is...

I am just looking around for a decent water cooling kit.. I think I found a good one just need to get the funds..

I don't know about water cooling. I just know how to make sure someone knows that their PSU doesn't blow, it just sucks. :)
