when I drag a window "beyond" the viewable desktop. cause i am searching for an icon behind the open window and did not want to minimize. now the window is half outside of the viewable area. stupid win8.1 automatically reposition the window back onto the viewable desktop.
like I am an idiot and did not realize I "purposely" drag it outside the viewable area. this is as dumb as it gets.
also. currently running surround and this same stupid feature will not allow me to have the same windows spread across two screens.
Why do you think they call it windows? Because you get to waste time playing around with windows and dragging them all over the place to get to where you want to go
Seriously, it's 2014 and the "other two" OSs have much more advanced window/desktop management. It's just downright shameful.

Unfortunately (to my knowledge), if you have 10 windows open and you do Meta + D, you get your desktop, but once you double-click that shortcut and get the new window, you now get to click each one of those 10 icons in your taskbar to get them back up.
If there's a way to move your windows aside, get to that icon on your desktop, open it up, and move everything back to where it's supposed to be, please do share!
