Help modding Corsair air 540!

I want to use vandal resistant switches in place of the factory ones on my air 540.
I don't want to just drill some holes for the new switches and leave the old ones.
But I do not know how to go about doing this without making it look horrid.

I'm open to any and all suggestions and will forever be grateful for any help given.

this reply wont be of any help but how exactly do you plan to mod the case without actually getting rough with it. Yeah, its a simple tweak but installing a vandal switch to replace the power button I assume? Those vandal switches are bigger than the power button. (I also have a Air 540)

I have no issue getting rough with the case, What I am hopping to achieve from this post is tips and suggestions to help me
achieve my goal as flawless and crisp as possible.

The end result I am looking for is for the factory witches to be gone and the vandal switches installed. I just do not know what the
proper or at least the best way to go about this is. That's why I turned to the fine folks here on these forums.

If you could remove the stock switches, you could take a piece of acrylic, spray paint it some form of black, and either use screws or glue inside of the case. The only thing would be that you'd have a notch inwards were the switches was, I tried to illustrate it in sketchup:

You would then simply drill holes for the new switches somewhere else.
