Now I know this is a bit over but A LOT of this stuff goes on sale now and then. Even other parts of similar specs will go on sale for great deals. Like I said this is just a suggestive guide and can swap where you feel necessary. This will even be a great build to build on even in the future. Say you come on to more money for a better card etc...thumb.gif

Once i would buy all the parts would there be online guides for how to assemble the desktop?

That's honestly a decent processor for a laptop. I would say you could ask $300 and take no less then $250. laptops are just a harder sell then they use to be but I think you could get that with the right buyer.

Don't forget that you will need to purchase a Windows license. Won't be able to run those games in Linux, and Windows 7/8 both cost $100.

A Corsair CX600 for that build is a bad choice

Besides even a 400 watts could power that system

I was just looking for something decent while being cheaper. That's why I said this was all suggestive. What did you have in mind? I just choose a 600w for future upgrade headroom. Not a lot but still some there. Even could get a awesome card down the line with some overclocking room for the card and the processor.
