I didnt get this ---> I think you're over the TJMax for that chip

If your talking about My graphic card , No, I dont have aftermarket cooler for card , Card is on the stock cooler.
for processor , I have installed cooler master Hyper Tx3 evo .http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/cpu-air-cooler/hyper-tx3-evo/
for cabinet i have installed 2 of these http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/case-fan/sickleflow-120-2000rpm-blue-led/

really those temps are not out of the ordinary for your 35°C room temperature. Yes they are high, but I don't think you will get them much better without aftermarket cooling. Have you tried running the side panel off of your computer case? I know that made my old rig run cooler since the graphics card dumped so much heat inside the case. Like 10 °C cooler with side panel off on cpu and gpu

You should keep an eye on the CPU temps. If they exceed 80 - 85 celcius under load you could try reapplying thermal paste on the CPU cooler. Also the screenshot you provide shows the CPU on 27% load, that's not idle.

You can also try reading temperatures with the "Hardware Monitor" utility, which will identify the temperatures for all your 4 cores clearly.

EDIT:
I just saw the HWmonitor screenshot.

HHD temperatures are 45+, implying ambient temperatures of 35-38 celcious.

GPU temperature is very good.

Only CPU temp has some room for improvement. Did the high temps start after you changed the CPU cooler?
I think you should try reapplying thermal paste immediately. Fresh paste does not work optimally at first but should be ok by now. Search for videos explaining how to apply paste for your chip.
Maybe the paste used is of poor quality.

I have installed processor cooler 3 years back .i have installed cabinet cooler week ago .and that time i had removed my graphic card .so after installing cabinet fans my hdds temp were around 36 - 40 .
and processor temp was around 50c . 2 days before I installed my graphic card , and after that only I am getting high temp .
so is it because my graphic card ?

previously i was using pc with removing side panel .but after installing 2 exhaust fans , I closed cabinet. SO are you saying that opening side panel will decrease temp better than closed cabinet with 2 fans ?

Yes, try with the side panel off.

You might want to try flipping that front fan around so it takes in air instead of them both pushing air out.

The TJ Max is the point at which the CPU starts to throttle itself. Apparently the TJ Max for your CPU is 62°C. I'm sure it won't kill the CPU to run it higher, it will auto shutdown at 90°C to avoid damaging the chip but it's always advisable to keep as far away from the TJ Max as possible to ensure the life of the CPU is extended.
