I wish you the best of luck man, I had a Phenom II 955 Black Edition that wouldn't stay below 50C at idle, and that was with a Noctua NH-D14.. Load would push it to 62C, all the fans would scream.. Even under-clocked it would do this.. I re-seated the heatsink, tried every thermal paste under the sun, bought multiple different heatsinks (stock, Hyper212+, NH-D14) none could keep it cool. My final solution was to go Intel... i've had no issues sense that change......

1 hr before, spark came from pc, n some burning smell, I quickly shut down the pc power.
After that pc is not starting up. No power. Even ups not working. Maybe power fluctuations caused this.
I found an old ups, connected to motherboard, but this psu dosent have 4 pin power connector, so nw wid this old psu, pc started, cpu fan is working, but getting some beep and no display on monitor? So, is it just psu or my motherboard n cpu dead?

Well that sucks hard man... So the PSU currently connected has no 4pin cpu power? Thats kind of a must have. Wont work without it.

Nah, psu with 2 connector was just for checking. My pc is not starting now.
I need to get new psu now. Can anyone tell me which psu is better?
Corsair vs550 or antec vp 550?

That spark is a classic sign of a fried PSU, which can sometimes in turn also damage the other components. I assume there was also a loud popping sound? I'd recommend getting an old PSU with the right connectors somewhere first to test your motherboard, unless you can use the replacement in a new rig. Having a local PC shop test it for you shouldn't be that expensive.

Your room temp is 95*f which is very hot, at this ambent i don't expect you get much better temps. Try turning on your AC or something.
