Will this build be able to push 1440p at 60fps in most games on high and ultra settings?

Yes, that power supply is enough, but if I was you, I'd go with a power supply such as the Cooler Master V700, it's a better quality power supply and cheaper. The Corsair RM series is just overpriced.
