i5-3570k Water Cooled Gigabyte GA-Z77-DS3H Help

Ok, I'll jump right in. Just bought a new water cooled setup. I have the ability to change the needed options with this Motherboard. I decided to just try the auto settings and try to see where it would go. Well, even with the stock intel cooler, I could get 4.2 Ghz. Now, I tried upping it more and I can't get any higher. The BIOS locks up. Where should I start? I looked for the guides and tried to search for stuff but search sucks. Any ideas or tips?

I found someone's overclock of 1.44v @4.9Ghz but that locked up.

Thanks ahead of the time for the help.

Maybe a used z77 extreme4 or extreme3 asrock mobo should do the trick and/or another choice is keep both things and upgrade with skylake in 2015
