replacing h80i with phanteks air cooling and airflow options?

I rma'd my h80i none were in stock for replacement so i went with the:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=35-709-018

as a replacement... any thoughts on this cooler? I also bought an extra case fan the:

Im debating on placement for the fan.. i have four 120mm fans and a 200 mm side fan (doesnt move much air)... i have the bottom fan in front of psu and the front fan intakes and top two as exhaust.. i was considering the 6h fan as an exhaust in the back... the 200 mm is also an exhaust right now but as i said its a cheapy and doesnt move much air... ive tried it as intake and exhaust with no real change in ambient or otherwise temps... there is the option for two 120's instead of the 200 im just wondering what would be the best setup for airflow in the case its the apevia xdreamer4, the fans are all stock except the one above...i will be replacing them later with better ones but for now its not an option for a bit...

I have already purchased the cooler the reason i went with the phanteks over the noctua is the noctua sits lower (and wider) which would block my first two ram slots on my board.. the phanteks will clear 42mm tall ram which is what i have...i originally wanted the noctua cooler but the aforementioned issue coupled with me being broke and rma (from newegg on refund is gift card) only being 69.99 hampered my choices...i was gonna go with another closed loop cooler but none of the options for the money i had seemed as good as the phanteks...i wasnt going to risk another rma that could have been more catastrophic of a failure than last time on a refurbed unit....i was very temped though as they had an h100 for 54 refurbed....ive often gotten refurbed items before and never had an issue with them... but after just paying for all these parts and seeing the cpu socket hit the thermal limit and shutdown when the h80i pump failed... i wasnt gonna chance it again...
