Good. I want to buy a gpu r9 290x or r9 290, I was looking at the XFX double that bring the Cooler are recommended? msi gaming better?

r9 290 or r9 290x?
I can't vouch for how well XFX coolers perform, but it will obviously be better than that terrible reference cooler. As for the MSI Gaming cooler (Twin Frozr 4), it tames that heat that the 290x pours out and then some.

The 290X vs 290 is interesting and dives into the realm of performance vs price. An overclocked 290 will match a stock 290X but an overclocked 290X will match an Nvidia Titan. Then we go into "is it worth it" so it gets fuzzy and then variables like your screen resolution and what games you play become the deciding factors.

thanks for the replys..

Now I have the option to buy the msi gaming r9 290 OC edition,

I have a 4670k OC 4.3, 850 real watts psu XFX and 1080p resolution,

The MSI Gaming R9 290 OC Edition is a great choice for 1080p! That PSU will handle the 290, and the 4670K can handle up to three GPUs.

That cooler has fan bearings leaking issues. It's the same one used on the 280X.
I'm guessing it's ok under normal use. But mining on it would not be advisable with that specific cooler.
