Hi bought this motherboard recently i haven't opened it yet , i just got some extra money i wasn't expecting and i have the option to bring this back and upgrade to a better one but my point is do i need a better one, l will be running an i7 4770k with 16GB ram Radeon HD6770 with Cubase 7.5 as my main programme

no that should be fine unless you want to overclock your cpu/ ram

Thanks for your reply i will consider overclocking, i taught that board is good for overclocking from what i have read about it

wel it seems its ok but I wouldn't depend on it for longevity with a high daily OC it doesnt have half the caps I see on more gaming/overclocking oriented boards
