It is, it's still pretty good compared to a lot of modern mice though. The shape and weight is unique though, a lot of similar or often compared mice lack the "fatness" of the WMO that makes it work well with a variety of grips at the light weight that the WMO has.

Shape is the most important thing IMO.

Best mouse 0-20$ ?
My friend settings(similar to me):
EPP is ON
400dpi
125hz
1.6sens

I recommend him WMO. But he wants something else

In that price range WMO is probably the only choice. Also, he should really turn EPP off...but I guess that's personal preference.

There are tons of mice that you can buy at that price. Just none of them are ever investigated here... Not too many enthusiasts actually spend time testing mice of that range. I'd suggest the logitech mini. They have those specs and were, at one time, one of the most popular mice in the Starcraft community, especially in Korea.
