Awesome. I was away for the weekend, but when I got back I picked up an RCA to 3.5mm jack and have been listening to music all day. Definitely a massive difference over computer speakers. Now all I want to do is upgrade, upgrade upgrade. I am no audiophile and I'm sure my ears couldn't tell a whole lot more of a difference, but picking up a newer receiver and a decent amp for the headphones should be enough for me.
Still trying to get that Denon receiver. A little out of my reach geologically, but trying to convince the guy to ship it to me.
Question, is getting a center channel for music a waste of money since it's usually in 2.1? It will be using for gaming as well if that makes a difference.
UPDATE: Denon receiver sold. Now I'm back to square one. Any recommendations for a receiver $200 or less?
