Which Cpu?

I currently have a I7 950 in my system at the moment that is oc'ed to 4.2ghz, but i do have a xeon 5600 (e5603) series never used and unopened. So instead of swapping them and wahtnot i was wondering which is better?

i7 950 is better, thee only advantage that the Xeon has is the lower TDP. You won't be able to OC the e5603 to 4.2ghz under 1.4X volts, guaranteed.
