Hi

my system flow 0.6 GPM is to low?

1x cpu block Alhacool
1x GPu block Alhacool
1x rad 360 Alphacool XT45
1x VRM water block EKWB Mainboard
1x Northbridge EKWB Mainboard
Pump ddc-1t 106 galon/hour with reservoir 150ml
All system use 0.8liter water

Maximum water temp 50C

AMD FX-8350 4Ghz
ATI HD7950 overclocked edition

buy new pump DDC 3.25 238galon/hour or D5 396galons/hour or Innovatek Eheim PCPS 12V Pump + AGB? 317galon/hour
or 2xDDC dual top 2x 106galon/hour

or new rad 2x360 or alphacool Monsta 1x360?
Thanks to help

You probably have a restriction somewhere in your loop. If your pump has a normal flow rate of 106 gal/hour or 1.77 gal/min, and right now you are registering only 0.60 gal/min, there is a definite blockage somewhere.

On the other hand, the DDC pump may not have enough pressure to overcome those blocks. You could go with the dual top for added insurance. My personal preference is to go with the D5 pump: good workhorse, huge flow rate, and a rock solid performer.

Some questions and observations:

How are you determining flow rate?
Water temp 50°C, If that's true, I'd shut it off and throw it away!
Maximum water temp should be no more than 10°c above ambient temp, 5° would be typical, 2° would be very good.
How are you measuring water temp?

The flow rate specs you list for the pumps have nothing to do with how much water they will move through the restrictions in a WCing system. Those are the flow rates for unrestricted flow. Google pump PQ curve.

Here's the PQ curve for your pump from Martin's Liquid Lab's testing.

Hi,

First question

Flow meter use Koolance
http://koolance.com/dcb-fm01-flow-meter-adapter-with-display
+
http://koolance.com/ins-fm16-coolant-flow-meter

Water temp using water temperature sensor in reservoir
http://www.alphacool.com/product_info.php/info/p434_-Temperature-sensor-G1-4.html
+
Scythe kaze master 2

Radiator is wery hot.
Problem is VRM mosfet in mainboard is very hot
Laser meter VRM temp is 80C ferrite core is 100C max core cpu is used.FX8350
VRM is water cooled very quickly increases temperature water.

Is possible buy D5 EK Water Blocks EK-D5 Vario X-RES 140
+ use ddc set EK Water Blocks EK-DDC 3.2 PWM X-RES 140

in one system and one radiator to serial connection?

first, what fans are you using? that 360 rad should cool a little better than that.
second, you have another thread already saying you have a d5 on its way.

2x ddc-1t with a (or 2 good) tops works well. yes in a single loop running pumps in serial.

can you put up a picture of your loop? something doesnt sound right.

so you only have the 1 ddc-1t pump right now, correct? do you already have an aftermarket pump top?
send @bmaverick a pm here or go to his website and ask how much to ship a new ddc-1t to you. i dont know where you are.
i am using 2x ddc-1t from bmaverick. also using the swiftech 35x2 top with res. i run my pumps about 9v (probably less because of fan controllers 'losing' voltage) and my temps are absolutely fine.

you really should have another radiator. 1x 360 cooling a 'hot' gpu plus a HOT cpu plus vrm that get hot. and you are using low rpm fans to try to rid your rad of that heat. i would get another radiator or faster fans(rad would be better) and check with bmaverick about a second ddc-1t.

both billbartuska and ninhalem are right and wrong.
a d5 instead of a ddc wont improve anything in your loop. adding will improve it of course.
10* over ambient is good, IF you have an ambient of anything less than 35*C. this is the number most people shoot for being maximum, 10*C ambient/water delta. a delta of 2*C is 'hardcore' water cooling. basically, as long as your temps under load are better than air and its quieter, you have spent money to water cool for a reason that was 'justified'.

if my ambient is 18*C and i have a delta of 20*C, thats a water temp of 38*C which is fine. as long as water temp is not 50*C you are fine. most water cooling gear is only rated to 50*C.

*edited*-saw you upped the pic-
clean the dust off your pilters please! how much room do you have between the fans and the case? looks to be about an inch.
and yes you do have an aftermarket top. what pump top is it? which is first after your pump?

I using http://www.tichepc.sk/EK-Water-Blocks-EK-DDC-3-2-PWM-X-RES-140.html?arg1=001

Question

DDC+D5 pump one radiator 360

Or one ddc and new radiator?

Idle temp water this moment 35C

VRM idle 60C

100% use all 8core cpu and gpu vrm temp go to 85C

ask bamverick how much for a new pump to be shipped
http://bmaverickddcpumps.wordpress.com/buy-ddc-pumps-here/

either pump would be fine. yes i would definitely add another radiator, 240mm or 360mm. it will help more than another pump but another pump will still help.
