Most pros use what they are comfortable within their sponsorship.

Most don't care that a new mice might have less prediction and what not. Because they are so used to their mice with "flaws" that changing mice would require more work.

I agree, but the Ikari is a real odd-ball. Not many used the optical or laser versions for various reasons. I liked the Ikari shape, but the Naos 7000 ruined the Ikari for me. Same basic shape with a better sensor.
