The AMD is not overclocked and it plays fine on high/ultra settings. There are a few FPS drops in some areas of the cities and newer areas but it's all still playable. I did try clocking it a little to 4.4GHz but did not notice much of a difference. Some settings in the game really put a bit of strain on the CPU. One of these is view distance however, I'm sure there's others to. Before buying a new CPU it might be worth messing about with some settings putting them down one notch
The 3570K offers a much more smoother experience and gets less frame drops than the AMD. It's certainly better in MMO games though the only time it's noticeable is in heavy areas like cities. I never really raid, but both CPUs cope fine in battlegrounds.
