Gigabyte 780GHZ - question.

Thread Starter
Hey. I am just planning to buy Gigabyte Gtx 780 ( version GHZ ). But i have found on internet bad opinions about Gigabyte Gtx 780 ( Ti version ) <-- ( i mean crashing and artifacting )

https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/688127/geforce-700-600-series/update-gtx-780ti-artifacting-crashing-gygabyte-windforce-gv-n78toc-3gd-oc-bad-batch-/1/

So this is a common problem only with Ti version of Gigabyte 780 or with all 780 Gigabytes?

Like i say i want to buy Gigabyte 780 GHZ ( not Ti ) but i am worried because of wrong opinions about Ti version.

I dunno mate about the vanilla 780 GHz. But had a 780 Ti GHz Edition that was problematic, it had random flickering in 3DMark11, also memory was horrible, even at 1755 MHz it wasn't stable (1750 MHz stock), guess it was the culprit behind the issues. To be safe it is better to avoid Gigabyte Windforce GK110 cards (GHz Editions) looks like they didn't do enough testing to make sure the cards are stable under 24/7 operations. I returned my Gigabyte 780 Ti GHz and my EVGA SC ACX is on the way.
