Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 Rivet removal help

Thread Starter
I ran into a bit of a snag here. I would like to remove the top 5.25" cd drive bays however I do not know how to remove these rivets or what I assume are rivets in the best way possible. I have absolutely no use for the cd drives bays. I really hate using generic 5.25 to SSD drive adapters. The very bottom disc drive bay is great considering it offers some air flow for the drives and the only drive bay I plan on using. Please let me know what method you guys use. Since there are two types of rivets used seen in both (attached) pictures I assume there may be a different method to removing each type of rivet.

Thank you for your help.

You need to drill them out with a drill bit that is just under the diameter or the rivet and they pop right off.thumb.gif

Should the bit basically fill the hole or still be smaller?

It should be just a bit smaller.
