Help with how to tweak the 660 for games like Diablo III

Hello guys, I just upgraded to a DirectCU II OC 2GB Geforce Gtx 660.
I got this card to run Diablo III at max settings and it has done pretty darn well.
Unfortunately there are some slow parts in group play and it has forced me to consider overclocking. I have the Asus GPU tweak program up and I tweaked it slightly and have already seen some radical improvement, but I want to know whats the most I could/should push it to get the most out of games such as Diablo III.

Diablo III just stutters sometimes if enough is going on. I doubt its your card. It does it on my PC too.

Processor: Intel (R) Xeon (R) CPU X3230 @ 2.66 GHz 2.67 GHz
RAM: 7GB
Windows 7 64 bit

I have friends with lower rigs running the game flawlessly. How far could I push the card in the GPU tweak?

Can I set the GPU boost to 1305 with an offset of 220 and be alright?

Putting Diablo 3 on SSD takes much of the chugging out for me, but even at spots like right before Siegebreaker (the bridge) the game lags often.

Since the Reaper patch hit, there has been a lot of stuttering due to network latency. It seems like a GPU lag, but it's really not. Once the user base dies down in a couple months (after the Reaper surge next week), thing should get better again.
