Integrated CPU Board for a NAS box

Thread Starter
Been looking at atom boards for building a low power nas box.

http://www.scan.co.uk/products/gigabyte-ga-j1900n-d3v-integrated-intel-celeron-j1900-quad-core-20-ghz-ddr3-sata-ii-3gb-s

This looks fairly good due to having dual LAN ports. But is the onboard quad core upto much??

It's going to be running xpenology for cloud and CCTV. No transcoding.

That one and it's 4-core sibling - C2550D4I

http://www.asrockrack.com/general/productdetail.asp?Model=C2550D4I

Guys in the freenas / unraid forums seem to like them.
Really low power, fanless, Intel LAN chipset, 6 SATA ports, supports 64GB of memory.
One guy was reporting a max 40% CPU usage with a basic 5-drive nas.
