Hey guys, I just received this used mobo I bought for my Corsair 350D build and when I click Load Optimized Defaults and clica Save and Reboot, the system shut down, boot, shut down and reboot, I press DEL to go to BIOS Settings and there is an 4.4Ghz and other things setted like someone (the past owner) have done some OC. I tried clearing the CMOS with the jumper and the same thing happens, I need to manually adjust and remember the settings in BIOS to save and take effect...

Some BIOSes on those Asus boards had sticking issue. Flash the latest version available, and it should fix it.

But I already tried, it says something like Selected file isn't a UEFI Bios. I downloaded and saved in my main disk C: at the root as usual and tried update via EZ Flash from BIOS

You should try having a formatted fat32 USB and put the BIOS file in there, leave the memory stick plugged in. Boot into BIOS, run EZ Flasher via BIOS, select the BIOS file and flash it from the USB.

Thank you, that worked, but still can't Load Optimized Default, I have to manually adjust the settings...
