but about time someone offset the top fan mounts, another innovation from Corsair.

But that being said, It truly is a case that only George's mother could love!!!

Wrong, first offset was done by fractal design

I don't like or hate this case but I showed it to my 11 year old brother who has been in the process of doing chores and helping me out to get my spare parts and my parents to buy him parts to get a rig going. He wants this case.

We already have the 200R for more refined tastes anyway.

I personally think the design is extremely loud and generic. I can understand what you are saying from a financial and marketing point of view. Corsair just wants a piece of every pie, all the layers of the market. But as a person I am kinda sad this is happening. Corsair to me has been a premium product. Good designed, not screamy stuff, well built, good warranty. You are now getting into markets I always hoped brands like Corsair would stay out of.

@CorsairGeorge In your opinion, how would you rate these cases in modability? Yeah, I know. It isn't something complete intended by the manufacturer, but there are people who like to case mod. My dream PC is going to be Orange and Black themed and I can see some modding potential with the specs on an entry level case for the price. Of course, it isn't set in stone and I could choose a different case, by the time I start my own case mod. tongue.gif

Cant you show a bit more respect? Hes saying they are mainly meant for regions where people dont alot of money and youre just 9gag trolling with it.

These cases are not made for 99% of us here on this forum. These cases are made for the 13-15 year olds and the people who put a giant spoiler on a Honda Civic crowd.

Corsair just hired cheap engineer to save budget. No wonder these cases are just going no where.

buddy. get your thumb out of your butt. these cases are not entirely targeted at us.

frankly the first company to make a prodigy sized MITX case with handles that dont snap off the minute i pick it up, gets my money.

my point being we all want somethingdifferent, no use in insulting a company whos catering to budget aswell as high end consumers. every one of us was that young kid with a budget at one time.

Sometimes I think people just complain because they feel like it, and are too lazy or oblivious to the reason the thing they are complaining about exists. As Corsair George explained they are meant for people in regions where people can't quite afford parts in the higher end of the market.

What? Do you guys want Corsair to dump affordability and go with all the bells and whistles to clean your wallet out with? Unless you can afford the highest end machine, I highly doubt you want that. Entry-level means just that. Entry-level cases are for those with lower budgets that want to build decent gaming rigs that will last them long enough to save the money to be able to upgrade a little at a time, as they get the money to do so.

Very different look form Corsair. Personally I like the clean look, but I guess there's a market for more aggressive looking cases. thumb.gif
