Overclocking problems with click bios 2

I've started overclocking today but i'm probably doing something wrong because, well these are my settings and my results. and i'd love to know why my overclock doesn't load/work.




(under the cursor there's a 45 sorry about that)

Did you end up turning EIST off? Or force the cores to run at OC clock 24/7?
