Mega running HT at 3900? where did that come from? tongue.gif If you mean where Flail wrote it in the FX owners thread, he meant his profile which runs at 2400 NB / 2700 HT / 3900 CPU tongue.gif I believe!

Also in ref to the OS corruption. I've only really seen this first hand on my old Athlon FX55 - and using ref for overclocking would sometimes screw my OS boot tables etc. and remember having to Format from a bad OC a few times. I thought this was not a concern with using the multi - and was caused by HTT, not just PCI overclocks.

No I'm certain that he's running 3900 from another discussion we had

4 while this maybe true being the fact that i have quadfire and i have done 1x 2x 3x and 4x gpus this is simply not true, while you may think this works this way, ht has little to no impact on physics, as a matter of fact the only thing i remember ht increasing is graphics score, i may add that i see very little improvement over 3000 ( considering i run 3900 on my ht i feel i have a leg to stand on, unless you actually run anything more then that, or as close ? and can prove it is stable )

And I found out why my temps jumped up, my case fan speed profile wasnt working right. Now cores are topping out at 46C. This asus board really doesnt like the SP120HP fans. Thankfully my custom fan shroud keeps my VRM and socket temps under 60C when the fans are running right.

I will certainly make an appearance over there, this thing has more to offer, for now, thank you @Johan45, your suggestion of downgrading to bois 803 made all the difference! If you have a steam account, PM me your user ID, I'll send you a game for all your help! I really appreciate it!

I do have a steam account but that's really not necessary. I've been trying to DL and play Assassins creed Black flag for well over 3 weeks now. The damn thing is 25Gb and My internet really sucks and now that spring is here I have plenty to do Outside. The thanks is plenty for me jmcconn, I just enjoy helping others.
