Reset the overclock and start from scratch after you read that Thread on overclocking Ivy Bridge, cause it sounds like you don't know what you're doing.

1st of all go to bios and restore default settings
2nd lower your ram speeds to 1600mhz again
3rd do the formatting of your system hdd
4th install windows 8.1 on ssd disk
5th go into haswell overclocking thread, there is full guide on overclocking them
6th if nothing helps download ssd benchmarking software and post us results if it's got some weird drops and pikes then it might be a real reason why ur pc gone slower.

Was looking through this and the Hardware is fine to say it was built in 2012. I think you just need to clean it up and set your hardware up properly, as everyone else seems to be saying. Good luck anyway

I did a benchmark with 3DMark 11 and the result was P15176! Is there anything I should test?

Hmm... I'm assuming you installed the Samsung software already. Did you reset your CMOS and BIOS like I suggested?

Yes I took the battery out and put it back in, and now it is acting like it was before. Thank you!
