Help with blue screen

I get a BSOD when starting up. Before, i got bootmgr missing. I ran chkdsk but it didnt resolve anything

Can yo boot into Safe Mode?
What OS?

How about posting some specs so we at least have some idea of how to help.

No i can not boot into safe mode or any other modes, i get the same blue screen.
My build
650 watt cooler master psu
Biostar tz77a mobo
Gtx 680
Intel core i5 3570k
Windows 7
