Yeah , but first i must know that is something really bad with card or not. I mean games are stable. But only that temperatures 80C with 65% its worrying me at all.

RMA it for what? His case is choking the card. OP take off the side panel and see if temps go down

Its a bit high. I currently have my classified on air while I wait for FrozenCPU to get in another shipment of classy nickle/plexi blocks. I currently have no cross airflow in my case to push air out of the back. And only have 5 intakes, of which all 5 intake fans are running at 700rpm (AP-15's), and having to push air through radiators. And my ambients are generally around 25C. And with my card currently running at 1250 core/1700mem (stock voltages for now until WB), I have yet to push past ~75C at any point in time, with a fan curve for silent operation (which is still earsplittingly loud to me. Damn air cooling). I have my fan curve set to never go past 50% fan speed unless it hits 80C. And so far I've never come close to hitting that.

80°C is fine for graphics cards, but 70°C is a sweet spot for max temps. Up the fan speed higher if you're worried about temps.

I'd already given three circumstances as to why his temps might be high, yet I hadn't gotten a reply to the other two options.

Thats what I'd told him to do and his temps were still at 80. I'd already said to take off the side panel twice in previous posts.

I would check the thermal compound. Has it always been getting this warm? Or did it just recently start reaching those temps. Also, I've noticed on mine if I am running a game ( Just Cause 2 ) I get ridiculously high FPS, basically I look at that as my card doing more work than it has to. I like to limit my FPS ~60 to lighten the load and in turn reduce the temp of the card.

I mean, i have 78-80max during play FAR CRY 3, CRYSIS 3, METRO LL. Heaven giving me 78C MAX. Bit high for that card? My friend also get the same temps on the same card like me. Also i tried with open case, and nothing changed. So ACX its not good .

I was tested 2 different cards on my case Centurion Master 590. That was: GTX 770 ACX ( max load temps on stock fan settings 79-80C ) , and Asus Gtx 780 DCII ( max load temps on stock fan settings 72C , but performance was weaker ). And again but this time GTX 780 ACX SC i have 79-80C on stock fan settings. The same pc, the same case. So its something bad with ACX COOLERS then or what?

I have absolutely no idea what could be wrong with your cards, it is most definitely not the acx cooling unit due the fact i have a 780ti sc acx and my temps never go above 65C at full load. You either
1. Got bad thermal paste application (which is rare)
2. just have really crappy airflow because these cards are designed with airflow in mind
3. Have a dud which doesnt seem to be the case because the card is working.
4. Check to see if the heatsink is making good contact with the gpu, could have been damaged throughout shipping
5. RMA it.
I dont believe that there is a need to RMA your cards, but hey i could be wrong. Reapply some new thermal paste the gpu and see if that helps. because if you take the entire thing apart yourself, you can be assured that no screws were loose and that the heatsink was making good contact.

80C is pretty normal for a GPU... why are you worry about this? i had a XFX 7950 running at 82C for two years and still rocking.

0.0 I dont think i've seen any of my GPU's go past 70C. My 560ti didn't, my 280x didnt, nor does my 780ti (ironically the lowest out of the bunch)
