Zotac Quality?

Hey everyone I'm looking to get a GTX 750 and Zotac has the cheapest one that I've found (~$110) but one almost every Zotac card I've looked at I've read stories on how they're DOA and they're RMA isn't good make me hesitant to get one and that I should spend an extra $10 on an EVGA that has a more solid reputation. Has anyone else had experience with Zotac cards?

Personally I believe that the $10 for the EVGA is definitely worth it. I personally like zotac, but have not experienced their RMA support.

Honestly, $10 for the piece of mind is worth it alone, but just think about it for the lifetime of the card ($10 for something that you will probably have for more than a year seems pretty insignificant).

I bought a 780 from them when they first came out and it's been running fine. I doubt their failure rates are bad, but no idea how their support is when one does fail.

Have you overclocked it or are you running it at the stock clock? Also has it been getting hot or loud?

If I'm not mistaken, Zotac is/used to be a sister-brand of Sapphire - a respectable and reliable company. I have a Zotac 9800 GT that still runs perfectly to this day.

I'd say go for it; however, EVGA has an insanely good RMA policy, which might be worth the extra $10.

10 bucks for evga RMA is worth it, they have a great reputation.

I very much like Zotac and it's the only GPU manufacturer to this day has never given me any hardware problems.

I agree with the others, for $10, I would go EVGA. But I bought a Zotac 660 for my work rig and its been a really great card.

Which other manufacturers have you tried and which problems have they given you?
