If you're replacing your X4 945 with anything under the 6300, you'll be disappointed. Heck, for the majority of situations most AMD chips made currently are a side grade the the X4 IMO.

ok yea i changed my mind instead of getting fx 4300 im gteting a fx 6300 on the weekend
