When you say trick it makes it sound like you were trying to defraud then. You say they make enough money to pay return shipping on a bad Apple.. have you checked profit margins? Employees? Cost? Loss prevention? Do you know how much they make?

Yeah I read it but I doubt they said oh hey let's send this guy doa panel. I never said you were defrauding them just the wording you use makes it easily twisted. Why are you getting mad at an internet forum?

It says so in the listing that they don't cover return shipping. How is it their fault if you didn't read?

No I'm talking through my keyboard... Again you are mad because someone will not bend to your will. It was in the purchasing agreement that you must pay return shipping. You act as if they sent a dead one on purpose... It could have been the courier maybe get insurance next

I did read it. It says the generic "We provide excellent customer service and wish to make sure you are fully satisfied." That is typical sales gimmick. You read that instead of what's essential.

All I see in that screenshot is "Shipping and handling fees are not refundable". Which is exactly why they asked you to pay for shipping the monitor back to them. And one of the reasons why I NEVER buy ANY hardware on eBay (or from 3rd-party private sellers who sell through Amazon/Newegg). I really don't understand why you created this worthless thread...
