ASRock Fatal1ty 990FX Killer or ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0?

I have been trying to decide between these two Motherboards and figured I'd ask on here because I'm sure at-least a few people have one of them.

Anyway the one thing I'm most concerned about is CPU voltage stability what i mean is if i set a voltage in the BIOS i want the actual voltage to be very close to that. The reason i say this is because my current board i have it set to 1.325V but its jumping anywhere between 1.0V - 1.45V and obviously that's not good.

The the second thing i care about is which one would be better off when i upgrade to an FX 8350 because i will be trying for 5GHz on that.

As you can tell by my sig i was originally planning on the sabertooth but newegg seems to have gotten rid of it (page says unavailable and may not get it back). i assume better VRM cooling make for more stable voltages,

also i just found this and if i drop the 2TB HDD i can afford it but is there any real benefit for an average overclocker like myself? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131876

I'm not a big ASUS fan but I'd go for the M5A99FX personally

Was about to ask if you were willing to go for higher end AM3+ boards, to answer your question I'd say it is but since you were going for 130$ boards maybe you don't really need it. But it is a great product, I'd say it is worth paying for if you want and overall high end AMD rig.

So the corsshair is only really good for 4 way SLI/CFX? that's kinda pointless IMO would the corsshair give me a better OC on my 6300 over the sabertooth?
