from what i can tell the core bios on all the assus board are about the same and the powwer jummping arouns is because of setting on these new boards that varry the powwer for better stability at varius clock speeds

i believe there are bios options to disable it changing not totaly sure

I'm not sure either, mainly because of all the typos.

Most boards (exept low end ones) should be enough for mild overclocks anyway, don't go for a Sabertooth/Formula just for fun, those are good if you're looking for high end system or just like great hardware.

Hmm i do want a high end system so what would you recommend the crosshair or the sabertooth and im planning to go for more than a mild OC i want 5GHZ+ on my 6300 and eventually 5.2 on my 8350

realisticaly speeking they are both good anof to get you the clock speed you want

No one leaves the voltages on auto when overclocking, stable voltages are obligatory and leaving them on auto for overclocky usually means that the BIOS will overvolt for nothing.

If you want stable voltages lock them at default then lower them until you reach your minimum stable. Just what you would do if overclocking, but in reverse.
Also how do you make so much typos ?

The Crosshair is the top end AM3+ board, if you're looking for the best then I believe you should go for this one, however you should be able to push some really good perfs out of the Sabertooth, I personally went for the Crosshair but it's your call, since you're apparently looking for something more than an average system both yould be good.
