Help with Comcast - Page 3

SNR is within Docsis 3.0 spec; Only questionable thing is xmit power on channels 2 3 & 4, channel 1 is exactly on the money, the others are exactly 1.2dbA higher than they would normally be, but that's what its been for the past year, and I hadn't had problems till now. In fact, when I lived in my old residence for 2 years, all of the channels were at 9dbA which is 4 dbA too high for Comcast and 1dbA out of docsis 3.0 spec; and my connection was solid (although slightly slower than it should have been) I can get the actual numbers if needed. Also, the modem is my own, as is the router - however it was at the time the best modem you could have for 3.0...

Comcast and I have both been over the numbers a few times - with and without a load on the connection... the up pipe seems to have an impact on it - but its WELL within specs... He thinks there may be some contaimination on the fiber lines at my local hub, which makes sense.
